2020年11月12日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對特定視頻處理設備及其組件和數(shù)字智能電視及其下游產品（Certain Video Processing Devices, ComponentsThereof, and Digital Smart Televisions Containing the Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1222）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2020年10月27日作出的初裁（No. 3）不予復審，即為本案設定17.5個月的調查期，預計2022年4月4日結束本案調查。

2020年10月14日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定視頻處理設備及其組件和數(shù)字智能電視及其下游產品（Certain Video Processing Devices, ComponentsThereof, and Digital Smart Televisions Containing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1222）。

2020年9月10日，美國DivX, LLC, of San Diego, CA向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國注冊專利號8,832,297、10,212,486、10,412,141、10,484,749），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。
